Photoshoot at the University of Waterloo's Humanities Theatre
MATERIALS USED:
Repurposed wedding gown, slippers
![]() The finished dress, made to befit an 1880's ballet chorus girl. | ![]() The original wedding dress, purchased at a thrift store for $10. The sleeves were removed and made into a hair bow, while the skirt was cut in half and layered together to create more volume. | ![]() The finished dress, as modeled by Martina C. Satin slippers were bought, tea-stained ivory to match the dress, and blocked at the toes with foam. |
